2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, customize, secure, and improve the Services;

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers and infrastructure providers that host, operate, secure, analyze, communicate, or otherwise support the Services, including Base44 and providers used by Base44;

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that creates additional privacy rights under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide required choices.

4. Payment Information

Payments are completed through a hosted third-party payment flow. This application receives transaction details needed to reconcile and administer the order, but does not directly collect the full payment-card number or card security code entered on the payment provider's checkout.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

The Services and underlying platform may use cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication tokens, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve preferences, support navigation, maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate application functionality. Third-party services may also use their own technologies subject to their privacy practices.

6. AI and Automated Processing

Certain features may use AI or automated systems to assist with navigation, analysis, verification, summarization, or workflow support. Information submitted to those features may be processed by the technology providers that enable them. We do not represent AI outputs as infallible, and human review may be used for consequential business decisions.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining transaction and project records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, satisfying tax/accounting obligations, and complying with law. Retention periods vary by category and context. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting credentials and devices under your control.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights regarding personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing; objecting to or opting out of certain processing; or appealing a privacy decision. Rights and exceptions differ by jurisdiction and may not apply in every situation.

To submit a privacy request, email talarico.sam@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information necessary to document the request and our response.

10. Colorado Privacy Notice

Colorado law may provide qualifying Colorado consumers with rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs when the Colorado Privacy Act applies to the relevant controller and processing activity. Applicability depends on statutory thresholds and other conditions. Regardless of whether a particular statutory right applies, you may contact us using the process above and we will review the request in good faith.
