Talarico Ventures

Where It Started

My first priority will always be the family business.

I'm honored to build alongside the company my parents created.

Picnic Basket Catering Collective

For decades, Picnic Basket Catering Collective has served communities across the region with care, precision, and consistency. What began as a commitment to quality food and service has grown into a trusted presence at weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, and everything in between.

The work is real. Every event is an operation—timelines, vendors, staffing, logistics, trust. There are no shortcuts and no room for failure when people are counting on you.

This is the foundation I come from.

Why This Matters

Real operations create real constraints. Systems are built by people who've lived the problems, not theorized about them.

Every venture I work on is informed by hands-on experience coordinating people, managing timelines, enforcing accountability, and building trust under pressure. The tools I build exist because I've felt the friction firsthand.

This isn't abstract work. It's rooted in decades of showing up, executing, and delivering on promises.

How This Connects

Talarico Ventures exists alongside the family business, not above it. The family business informs the venture work—it provides context, constraints, and proof of concept.

There is no separation between "real work" and "building tools." They're the same commitment: show up, execute, and build systems that last.

The ventures I build are designed for people like my parents—operators who need clarity, not complexity. Trust, not hype. Systems that work, not promises that don't.
