Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: October 13, 2026
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PAYMENT.
Once a payment to Talarico Ventures LLC has been successfully completed, that payment is final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, cancellation refunds, or reimbursements because a customer changes their mind, decides not to proceed, delays or abandons a project, fails to provide requested materials, stops using the work, chooses another provider, or no longer needs the service.
Why this policy applies
Our work includes custom software and website development, consulting, planning, discovery, configuration, digital deliverables, reserved production capacity, technical work, and other services that may begin immediately after payment and cannot be returned in the same way as unused physical merchandise.
Only limited exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are: (1) when a refund is required by non-waivable applicable law, or (2) when Talarico Ventures expressly agrees to a specific refund in a signed writing. No employee, contractor, message, conversation, or informal statement changes this policy unless Talarico Ventures expressly agrees in a signed writing.
Scope changes are not refunds
If a project changes after payment, we may agree to modify scope, apply an amount toward different work, or issue a separate quote. Any such accommodation is discretionary and does not create a general refund, credit, or cancellation right.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction. A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself create a contractual right to a refund and does not waive amounts legitimately owed under an agreement. Nothing in this policy restricts rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
Acceptance before payment
Before you proceed to checkout through our website or payment-link flow, you are required to acknowledge that completed payments are final and non-refundable and to agree to our Terms of Service.
